Professor Henry Yi Li is Chair Professor of Textile Science and Engineering in the Department of Materials, School of Natural Sciences at the University of Manchester. His research focuses on textile engineering, functional materials, and the digitisation of textile products. He has been actively involved in international standardisation activities related to Digital Product Passports and sustainable product data frameworks, including participation in UK and international technical committees under BSI, CEN, ISO, and IEC supporting the implementation of the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR). He also contributes to international collaboration on textile Digital Product Passport standards through initiatives such as the Textile Bioengineering and Informatics Society International Group Standards (TBIS-IGS).

Antonio Braz Costa graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minho in 1989 and completed his studies in Advanced Public Management at the National Institute of Administration in 2008. He currently holds several prominent positions: General Manager at CITEVE – Technological Centre for Textile and Clothing Industries in Portugal since January 2000; President at CeNTI – Centre of Nanotechnology and Advanced Materials since April 2012; President at Textranet - European Network of Textile Research Organizations since 2010; Vice President at Textile ETP, European Technological Platform for the Future of Textiles and Clothing since 2013; Member of the board of CTI Alliance –Network of Portuguese Technology and Innovation Centres since June 2025; Member of the Board of CCG – Centre for Computer Graphics since 2020; Member of the Advisory Board of ANI – National Agency for Innovation of Portugal; etc.
