Registration Fee

On or before July 26: 2,100 RMB/person for regular attendees

After July 26: 2,400 RMB/person for regular attendees

Notes*:

1. For authors who have registered for the French online video conference and submitted their manuscripts, if they wish to switch from French online participation to on-site participation at the Hangzhou sub-venue, they only need to pay an additional 50% of the Hangzhou sub-venue registration fee.

2. The Hangzhou sub-venue registration fee covers conference participation only and does not include paper submission. For paper submission, please contact the TBIS Secretariat (Email: tbis@tbisociety.org).

Participation + Paper Submission Fees:

Full paper: Conference registration fee + USD 250/paper

Abstract: Conference registration fee + USD 50/abstract

Submission fees are quoted in USD. If paid in RMB, please convert at the exchange rate on the date of payment.

Paper submission deadline: July 15.

Accepted full papers will be included in the conference proceedings and submitted to databases such as Scopus, EI, and CNKI for indexing. Accepted abstracts will be presented as electronic posters and may be eligible for online oral presentations.

Registration, Payment & Hotel Booking

1. Please scan the QR code for online registration and payment the invoice will be sent to your email address by the conference company within 10 working days after the end of the meeting.

Due to the limited capacity of the venue, experts and scholars are kindly requested to complete the report registration by scanning the QR code above before August 24. Please send the presentation PPT to the email address: purpleni@aliyun.com. Please use the presenter’s name+report theme+presentation title as the email subject.

2. August is the peak tourist season, so please fill in the hotel reservation as soon as possible after the itinerary is confirmed.

3. If you need to change the registration information, you can scan the QR code above again to modify or supplement it.
